In a nutshell: AU version of D's 'sister' from volume seven of Petshop of Horrors. The AU comes in in that 1) she's not dead, and 2) she lived long enough to mature mentally as well as physically (no icky reverse-Claudia here). She's being played after the end of the first series, but before the beginning of the second.
